WEBDec 29, 2021 · Symptom: I’d be using my new products (CSL DD, podium hub, quick release, button module endurance, GT3 wheel) for a number of hours without issue. Then all of a sudden the wheel went limp, steering and buttons stopped working, Fanatec software and Windows could no longer see my connected devices.

WEBI am running a CSL DD (8nm) and Fanatec Formula v2 wheel (2023 BF edition). Recently I bought APM and since then I've started having problem with miss shifts. Mostly downshifts. Tought it's hardware problem but nothing seem wrong with the wires. I have downgraded the wheel firmware from 1.0.2.0 to 0.3.5.0 and the problem was gone.

WEBMar 19, 2022 · The CSL Elite wheelbase has that issue and and now the DD also has it even after numerous instances of the connector breaking loose from a slight knock or pull on the Elites. The housing should have been designed to better support the connectors--that's what I'm saying.

WEBFeb 7, 2022 · Hey everyone, I got a CSL DD a few months ago, and probably once a night that I use it, for an extremely brief moment during a turn, the wheel will lose FFB and has almost a feeling of a gear slipping a tooth. When that happens I also get a clang/clunk that has a bit of a metal spring sound.

WEBDec 31, 2021 · My problem ultimately was the wheel drawing too much power from the power board, this would end up with the wheel disconnecting mid race and having to reboot my pc to get it to recognise movement in the wheel and pedals again.

WEBDec 12, 2022 · Solution (for me) : The fix was (in my case) to tighten the connection between the wheelbase and the wheel using a M6 plastic screw and rubber washers, like shown in the picture. I haven't had a problem since and I am a happy customer again. Greetings, Michael.
