I've tried searching for the 'Saved Games' folder in Documents, also checked the 'My games' folder and any other subfolders, alas to no avail. I did find some other folders/files under local\appdata\packages, but not the save files.

These should not be separate accounts. I log into both Xbox.com and Microsoft.com with the same e-mail. My Microsoft account has my Game Pass subscription and Xbox Live subscriptions under it.
