Of course, the street flooded and got inside of our house and I think my bike power supply got wet. Everything works until the screen dies after about 5 minutes after being on.

WEBFeb 4, 2022 · The customer service rep sent us a replacement charger - same exact issue. Flashing light and the bike still won't turn on. Did all the troubleshooting recommended here (screen still works if directly plugged in). Weirdly, when we unplug the usb-c cable right in front of the pedals (while the bike is plugged in), the flashing on the charger stops.

I was riding my bike, heard a pop and the screen went dead. Smelled burning, traced it to the cord. I bought a replacement from Amazon. Peloton will replace it for you, sometimes free.
