"I am a contractor and I spent more than 80K a year at Home Depot \nI ordered about 15 Milgard windows for Customer and we installed them \nTwo of them came with missing screens,and two others didn't latch\nTried to call Home Depot and they were saying the guy is not here today,called the other day and they said the guy is not here but we will leave a note,Long store short they called Milgard and one Milgard service guy came and "Fix" the windows but they didn't brought the screens,two days later the windows stopped working again,tried to contact them but they don't answer \nThey seems to not care about customers,Next time I have projects in Bothell I'll go at McLendon which is two minutes away from Home Depot \nIf they try to treat customers who are spending more than 80 grand a year like that,Imagine how they will treat the homeowners"

"I purchased a trimmer (Item# 6049972) back in April but did not use it until today, Big Mistake. I staterted it an the trimmer and I was able to operate it for about 10min and then it stopped working. Have not been able to get it going since then. Called up Northern Tool to have the trimmer checked out at a local repair shop and they told me it has a one month warranty and that I am out of luck."

"I just bought a Stihl leafe blower from this Live Oak store. I saw on the Stihl web site there was a sale going on. The Northern Web site said they offer a military discount. When I got to the store, I found the product I wanted but it wasn't marked at the sale price. I asked one of the associates about it and he told me to just show the add at checkout. He also informed me Stihl would not allow Northern to honor the military discount. I met Jason at the register and he was quickly able to verify the sale price and it was applied. Jason got me started with warranty and registration paperwork while he got the unit prepared to demo. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the demo/ product. He made good recommendations about what kind of fuel to use as well as what not to use and why. He explained in great detail the process for warranty, repairs and parts. I am very pleased with the service I received today even though I didn't receive a military discount. I highly recommend this store."
