I was trying to install Oracle 19c database 19.3 (latest download from site) onto a Windows 11 Enterprise machine and the db setup.exe crashed upon clicking "install" in the final step of the GUI setup.

I have installed Oracle Middleware Fusion 11g in a Windows 10-64bit computer (RAM 4GB). java Runtime environment is 1.7.0_80 for 64 bit. After setting FORMS_PATH and REPORTS_PATH in registry, Im able to open a form within the Form Builder.
