Appears that street parking is where to go and then you can join the trail at almost any time. There's a school near by to park at and cross the street or a bridge to park on or just on the side road… Full review by Kacie P

Yes, we were on a trail that was paved and would be stroller friendly or handicapped accessible. Although some areas were steep as the entire trail is either uphill or downhill depending on where you start. There were some spots where you could go off the paved trail onto a walking trail to get closer to the rapids and there were benches there to sit and view the rapids. Those benches may not be as accessible. But there were plenty of great views from the walking trail.
