I think that the Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa is pet friendly for smaller dogs and I've seen dogs at the Best Western in Jupiter. I'm not sure about the Hampton Inn in Juno, but they are often pet-friendly. I believe the Wyndham in Jupiter is not pet friendly.
