A second security alert in east Belfast has come to an end after a suspicious object was examined and declared a hoax.

A security alert at the Henry Jones playing fields in east Belfast has ended. Police said a suspicious object which was found on Tuesday evening turned out to be nothing untoward. Church Road was closed on Tuesday evening between Manse Road and Marlborough Heights after the object was found.
