Harrison Phillips, an eight-year veteran who spent his first four seasons in the AFC East with the Bills, practiced with the Jets for the first time.

Phillips is expected to be a starter beside Quinnen Williams and with Jermaine Johnson and Will McDonald IV on the outside.
