Harvey Weinstein’s legal team filed court documents Tuesday alleging that Rikers Island, the notorious New York jail where he’s awaiting a new trial on rape charges, has been medically neglecting him and providing unsafe living conditions.

Harvey Weinstein’s lawyers filed a legal claim Tuesday against New York City, alleging the disgraced Hollywood mogul is receiving poor medical care and living in an unhygienic environment at the Rikers Island jail complex.

Weinstein was accused of sexual assault or harassment by over 80 women, victims of which provided a list of over 100 instances of abuse.
