Kanye West has been served with another lawsuit. According to the legal paperwork filed on Friday, November 22, the rapper, 47, allegedly sexually assaulted model Jenifer “Jenn” An — who was a contestant on America’s Next Top Model — on the set of La Roux’s “In for the Kill” in 2010.

Model Jenifer “Jenn” An alleges in the complaint obtained by Page Six that the rapper “gagged her” to “emulate force oral sex.”

Model Jenn An is suing Kanye West for allegedly making her gag and choke until she blacked out. The former America's Next Top Model contestant, she appeared in cycle 13 of the show, filed a federal lawsuit against the rapper for him assaulting her during the filming of La Roux's In For the Kill music video that featured him.

The new lawsuit has been filed by Jenifer An. The claims revolve around the production of La Roux's In For the Kill, where Kanye contributed a verse.

Former America’s Next Top Model finalist Jenn An has reportedly accused Kanye ‘Ye’ West of ‘pornographic gagging’ in a new lawsuit. The model filed the complaint in federal court in New York on Friday, detailing the incident which took place at Manhattan’s Chelsea Hotel in 2010 while filming pop duo La Roux’s In For The Kill music video.
