Dana Holgorsen's hilarious Kirk Ferentz take ahead of Nebraska-Iowa showdown
Dana Holgorsen started his coaching career back in 1993, and it eventually led him to Texas Tech. In 2001, the Red Raiders met up with Iowa in the Alamo Bowl. Here we are 23 years later, and the preparation for Holgorsen at Nebraska is a lot of the same as the Hawkeyes are still led by head coach Kirk Ferentz.

Kirk Ferentz confirms Jackson Stratton remains Iowa starting QB vs. Nebraska
Iowa head football coach Kirk Ferentz confirmed that the Hawkeyes are sticking with walk-on, redshirt sophomore Jackson Stratton as their starting quarterback this Friday against Nebraska. Stratton made his first start in Iowa’s 29-13 win over Maryland last week. The 6-foot-4, 193 pound signal-caller completed 10-of-14 passes for 76 yards.
