Somebody bet Trea Turner during stretches -- it might have been Phillies second baseman Bryson Stott -- that he would not challenge Max Scherzer’s first pitch in Sunday afternoon’s Grapefruit League game at TD Ballpark.

Trea Turner was determined to troll his former teammate about that on Sunday. During the Phillies ' Grapefruit League matchup against the Blue Jays, Turner stepped to the plate against Scherzer and watched a first-pitch fastball that caught plenty of the plate. Still, the Phillies infielder signaled for the challenge.
