Rita Moreno has been an entertainment industry staple for over 70 years. Now, the "West Side Story" star and EGOT winner is getting her own Barbie.

The Barbie doll from Mattel showcases the contributions and immense cultural impact of women such as Moreno, who broke down barriers for Latina actresses (including winning an Academy Award for her groundbreaking role as Anita in the 1961 musical West Side Story).

Barbie is honoring trailblazer Rita Moreno with a doll in The Barbie Tribute Collection. The Puerto Rican actress is the first Latina to win an Oscar and the first Latino person to win a Peabody; she is the third person to secure an EGOT,

Mattel is releasing the new doll as part of its Tribute collection to honor trailblazing female figures. It features a floor-length black and gold gown, black opera gloves, a pair of gold earrings and a low bun. Mattel says the outfit was inspired by some of Moreno's iconic red carpet looks.

The doll pays homage to the Puerto-Rican born actress and advocate who is one of 21 performers to win an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony.
