The Federal Emergency Management Agency accidentally sent out a release declaring a "major disaster" for the state of Texas following the New Orleans Saints' victory over the Dallas Cowboys. On Thursday morning, an email was sent out by FEMA with the headline, "President Daniel Largues Declares Major Disaster After Saints Beat Cowboys in Dallas."
