Martin Brundle does not agree with Lewis Hamilton that he would’ve breezed to the victory in Las Vegas had he started higher up on the grid as Mercedes team-mate George Russell “no doubt” had more pace.

Martin Brundle endured a “really odd” moment at the start of his F1 grid walk at the Las Vegas Grand Prix as he was unable to find anyone to interview. The Sky Sports broadcaster and former F1 driver progressed to the front of the grid which was unusually empty with 10 minutes left of his grid segment.

Martin Brundle has questioned whether Lewis Hamilton would have 'breezed to victory' at the Las Vegas Grand Prix as he said after the race had he performed better in qualifying. George Russell won from start to finish in a dominant race for the young British driver while Hamilton came all the way from 10th to second.
