Mr. Piffles, the World’s Only Magic Performing Chihuahua who performed alongside Piff the Magic Dragon on the Las Vegas Strip for nearly ten years, died earlier this week, according to a publicist at The Syndicate. His 17th birthday would have been Wednesday, Nov. 13.

Mr. Piffles’ 17th birthday party and career sendoff is now a celebration of life. The chihuahua sidekick of Piff the Magic Dragon died Friday, the comic magician announced Tuesday. The loss was felt throughout the production.
