Devon and Cornwall is set for another day of dangerous weather as Storm Bert caused the Met Office to issue two yellow weather warnings for the region - for both wind and rain.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for strong winds and heavy rain [BBC] Storm Bert is battering Devon and Cornwall with flood warnings in place, fallen trees across the region and many properties without power.

All trains from London to Devon and Cornwall have been cancelled as Storm Bert continues to bring flooding to the West Country. All GWR services between Paddington and Penzance have been stopped, with no replacement buses or any other form of transport available - and people are advised not to even attempt to travel.
