Los Angeles Lakers teammates Luka Dončić and Austin Reaves have a unique friendship where they routinely make fun of one another in jest, something that's been apparent during numerous interviews.

The Lakers shared a critical update on Luka Dončić after the star guard suffered a lower leg injury against the Clippers.

Earlier on Monday, Lakers coach JJ Redick said Dončić was considered day-to-day with the injury, but he was ruled out later that day. Dončić missed the second half of Saturday’s game after he was “hobbling” at the end of the first half, Redick said.

Los Angeles Lakers superstar Luka Dončić may only miss one game with his leg injury, according to NBA insider Dave McMenamin of ESPN. Dončić won’t play against the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday (12/23), but he could face the Houston Rockets on Christmas (12/25).
