The Congress on Saturday, 30 November, took a swipe over the Ministry of External Affairs' statement that the Indian government is not part of the US probe into Adani Group in any manner, asking how can this government be part of a probe into itself.

The party questioned how the government could be part of an investigation into itself. This was the first official response from the Ministry of External Affairs after the industrialist was accused of alleged fraud by US prosecutors.
