On Friday, Publisher Neowiz revealed that Lies of P will receive new content with DLC arriving early in 2025 and developer Round 8 Studio is working on a new IP.

Good news Lies of P fans, the game's upcoming DLC is set to release in Q1 of 2025. In addition, the developer Neowiz is currently working on a sci-fi survival horror game.

Lies of P’s DLC will launch in the first quarter of 2025, it’s been confirmed. Publisher Neowiz also stated that developer Round 8 Studio is working on a new IP, as well as the previously announced sequel to Lies of P. The new game will be a survival horror project set in a sci-fi world.

Lies of P from developers Round 8 and NeoWiz Games was one of the biggest surprises of 2023, and the devs are apparently already looking ahead to what's next for the studio beyond a return to the Soulslike sub-genre.

A fairytale take on Elden Ring and Dark Souls, a new Lies of P DLC could be coming in the near future, as Neowiz works on its next game.

According to Korean site EBN, the DLC for the Pinocchio-themed Souls-like is scheduled to arrive in the first quarter of 2025. No further details have been shared on this, but it's not the only thing Round8 has in the works.

First DLC for Lies of P set to launch in Q1 2025, bringing more content to the game. Confirmation that Round8 is preparing the survival horror game does not rule out a Lies of P sequel. Lies of P is arguably the greatest non-Fromsoftware Soulslike game to date.
