The pursuit of a possibly stolen car that spanned from Northeast Philadelphia into Center City Wednesday left a police vehicle damaged, the car ditched and police searching for at least two men.

Philadelphia police officers were seen handcuffing at least one person at a Center City parking garage after pursuing a vehicle Wednesday morning.

A car chase ensued after a driver hit a Philadelphia police vehicle and then sped away Wednesday. The chase ended with police arresting a man in a Center City parking garage. Police said they are looking for more suspects.

One dog that survived a deadly plane crash is being treated at a vet in Middletown.

Authorities say a pilot and a rescue dog he was transporting to an animal shelter were killed when a small plane crashed in the snowy woods of the Catskill Mountains.

A volunteer pilot dedicated to animal rescue died in a plane crash in the Catskill Mountains of New York. Seuk Kim, 49, was transporting three dogs in his Mooney M20J airplane from Maryland to Albany when the aircraft crashed about 55 km south of its destination.
