(ABC 6 News) — A deadly outbreak of listeria food poisoning tied to a massive recall of Boar’s Head deli meat is now over.
The cases appeared in California, Illinois, New Jersey and New York between July 31 and Oct. 24, the CDC said. Nine out of the 11 infected individuals were hospitalized.
The foods were shipped to retail locations nationwide and available online, and illnesses have been reported in four states.
