Fox News contributor Leslie Marshall made an impassioned case against President-Elect Donald Trump’s defense secretary nominee Pete Hegseth on Sunday’s MediaBuzz. Hegseth has been under intense scrutiny since allegations arose claiming he sexually assaulted a woman at a conference some seven years ago.

A Fox News contributor said Pete Hegseth ’s nomination to lead the Department of Defense "is a problem" for her as a survivor of sexual assault. Speaking on Fox News' “MediaBuzz” on Sunday, Leslie Marshall said she likes Hegseth “as a person,” but a suitable leader should be not be facing sexual assault allegations.

"You can’t lead an entire organization and all these people if you can’t lead by example," Leslie Marshall said.
