For the second time in his career, Freddy Peralta will represent the Milwaukee Brewers in the All-Star Game. Major League Baseball announced the All-Star Game reserves and pitchers on July 6.
MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Milwaukee Brewers RHP Freddy Peralta has been named one of the National League starting pitchers for the 2025 All-Star Game at Truist Park.
Right-hander Freddy Peralta, who is 9-2 with a 2.91 ERA through 18 starts, is the Brewers' lone all-star selection.
Peralta’s first All-Star selection came back in 2021 when he was 10-5 with a 2.81 ERA. That year, he was joined on the NL All-Star squad by Woodruff, Corbin Burnes, Josh Hader, and Omar Narvaez.
After returning from a stint on the injured list with shoulder inflammation, Peralta also scuffled in September, going 1-2 with a 4.70 ERA to finish at 10-5 with a 2.81 ERA in 28 games (27 starts).
