Whiskey Riff reported that Johnson was charged under a Tennessee code that states that “possession of between half an ounce to 10 pounds of marijuana is a Class E felony punishable by up to one to six years in prison and up to a $5,000 fine. The site said Johnson is scheduled to appear back in court on Feb. 6, 2025 at 1 p.m.

Jamey Johnson Arrested In Tennessee For Drug Possession
But over the weekend, Johnson found himself in trouble just outside of Nashville. According to Newschannel 5, the country superstar was arrested in Williamson County on charges of drug possession and speeding. The Williamson County District Attorney’s Office reportedly confirmed the arrest, but would not confirmed the charges.
