David Jonathan Margoliash was booked into Marin County Jail on burglary, assault with a deadly weapon, and attempted kidnapping charges, police said.

A 48-year-old man with a history of violent crimes was arrested Saturday after breaking into a San Rafael home and attacking a pregnant wife and her husband, according to the San Rafael Police Department (SRPD).

The suspect is the same man awaiting sentencing for a pepper spray attack this year at the Islamic Center of North Marin.

David Margoliash has been arrested for a burglary and an attempted kidnapping in San Rafael, with no bail set.
