HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The Salvation Army’s annual Angel Tree campaign has returned — and the need is greater now than ever. The Angel Tree is the organization’s largest campaign and aids over 1,800 families and seniors who are in crisis in the local area. Salvation Army provides gifts and clothes as well as Christmas breakfast and dinner.

Angels are available at Front Porch Grill in Millbrook, Newk’s Eatery at the corner of Vaughn Road and Taylor Road in Montgomery, and at The Weight Clinic in Prattville. You can pick up an angel, buy the gifts, and return them to that same location now through Dec. 13.

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The Salvation Army has added over 100 new children and teens to the Angel Tree program this year. This year, the Salvation Army is helping over 1,000 kids and teenagers with the Angel Tree program in the Amarillo area.

The Salvation Army is officially kicking off this year’s Red Kettle Campaign and the Angel Tree Program with a special event at EastChase.
