Awaiting a new New York trial next year on more sex crimes charges, Harvey Weinstein seems to be wishing he was spending Thanksgiving behind bars at the Wende Correctional Facility near Buffalo and not at Rikers Island.

Harvey Weinstein’s lawyers filed a legal claim Tuesday against New York City, alleging the disgraced Hollywood mogul is receiving poor medical care and living in an unhygienic environment at the Rikers Island jail complex.

Harvey Weinstein is being subjected to medical negligence in one of the country’s most notorious jails, his attorney said in a legal notice filed Tuesday.
