ABC announced that Will Trent Season 3 will premiere on Tuesday, January 7 at 8/7c. It will be the lead-in for the midseason return of High Potential and the Season 7 premiere for The Rookie. Co-creators Liz Heldens and Daniel T. Thomsen told TV Insider that the series will feature almost twice as many episodes as the strike-affected Season 2.
