Country music icon Alan Jackson, a Georgia native from Newnan, has officially played his last show on his " Last Call: One More for the Road Tour ." After a 40-year journey in music, Jackson, 66, announced that the show on May 17 would be his last on tour—ever.
The year before, Alan teamed up with fellow ’90s star Clint Black for a killer Miller Lite commercial. Seems like the PSA was a bit of a follow-up to an epic commercial that probably helped more than a few country music fans fuel the desire to pop a top… or ten.
Read’s defense attorneys argued that O’Keefe, who allegedly had a long-standing disagreement with someone at the party, was severely injured during an argument at the party and may have been attacked by a dog given the deep wounds on his arm.
Karen Read and her attorney, Alan Jackson, have inked a partnership with LBI Entertainment to adapt Read's story for the screen.
Alan Jackson accepts the ACM Alan Jackson Lifetime Achievement Award at the ACM Awards in Frisco, Texas, on May 8, May 2025. While Jackson no longer plans to tour, he did tease plans for one final show in a special place while performing on Saturday in Milwaukee.
