Bayern Munich attacker Mathys Tel has rejected a move to Tottenham Hotspur. Sky Sports reports that Tottenham and Bayern Munich had reached a verbal agreement on a £50 million deal. However, Tel has reportedly turned down a move to the Premier League side.

Tottenham are close to reaching an agreement to signing AC Milan centre-back Fikayo Tomori, according to reports in Italy. Spurs have been dealt a late blow in the January transfer window after Bayern Munich winger, Mathys Tel, turned down a move to Ange Postecoglou’s side on Friday.

Tottenham are set to rival Chelsea and a number of clubs across Europe in the race to sign for Mathys Tel after he pushed for a transfer away from Bayern Munich, sources have told ESPN.
