The head of Canada’s opposition has called for Justin Trudeau to be fired for saying his government would abide by an international arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister.

"We are one of the founding members of the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice. We will abide by all the regulations of the international court," he said.

After the United Kingdom, Canada said it would "abide" by the arrest warrant issued against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
