If buy a boat a low value boat now, you may come back in a few years a buy a higher value boat. But they are not going to spend a lot of time and effort trying to sell a low value boat to someone far away.

There are things growing in places that you can not imagine. They will stink or clog the function of your systems. Good luck. Keep a positive focus. This too will pass. It is a great time to make new boat friends.

Weight of boat and trailer set up for a cruise is 6000-6500 lbs. I tow ours with an Expedition. The 23 would be closer to your vehicle's towing rating.
