By default, on VM hubs, both networks share the same name, so the Sonos is probably seeing both and getting confused. Separating them takes 20 seconds. They can have the same password, or different ones.

Am able to see video on TV and sound on Sonos Arc after making the required changes for auto eARC in settings. Can also hear sound on Arc for TV apps.
